Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg chicken fillet
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- salt and pepper
- oil
Procedure:
1. Beat egg then add the milk.
2. Mix the flour, salt and pepper in a bowl then add egg and milk mixture.
3. Dip the chicken fillet into the batter.
4. Roll the chicken in a plate with the oatmeal.
5. Put the chicken in the refrigerator for about an hour.
6. Deep fry.
