Carrot Pancakes
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 cup shredded carrots
Procedure
1. Mix all purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and shredded carrots in a large bowl.
2. Make a well in the center (make a volcano like thingy).
3. In the center, pout the milk, egg and melted butter. Mix until you create a smooth mixture.
4. Heat an oiled frying pan over medium heat.
5. Scoop the mixture on to the pan and cook until both sides are brown.
